I been specializing in executive coaching and career performance management for many years.
My breadth of business experience, together with my executive coaching and facilitation expertise, enable me to enhance leadership capability, management development and personal impact, whilst understanding the demands of the commercial and organizational environment.
My sector experience is wide and includes FMCG, financial services, motor manufacturing, public sector, charity sector, education, transport, pharmaceuticals, energy, and I.T. I have worked successfully with coaching clients from within UK, Spain, France, Nigeria, and USA. I speak some light conversational French and German.
Style and Focus: My clients describe my coaching style as direct, challenging, empathetic and intuitive – I focus on goals and deliver results.

I am passionate about coaching because of the great privilege it is to work so closely with another human being to support and challenge them to reach their (sometimes) untapped potential. To sit alongside another person and offer a non-judgemental, unbiased perspective through the eyes of an outsider is a journey of discovery for myself and my coachees. I love people, I love learning and I truly believe that (in the words of Nancy Kline) “The quality of everything we do, depends on the quality of the thinking we do first”
Recent executive coaching assignments of which I am particularly proud include:
Supporting the EQ & personal brand development needs of a senior financial services leader to transition into a C suite role.
Individual coaching of members of the SLT within a government organisation where new leadership behaviours were being embedded and required to be role modelled by the senior team.
Ongoing coaching of members of the leadership team within a “Best place to Work” award winning Motor Manufacturing company.
