We were commissioned by the UK CEO to design and deliver a programme for his top team. At that time very few of the senior managers had done much leadership development. Most of their experience and training was focussed on managing in a manufacturing environment. The company had grown and continues to grow at pace and is now the largest packaging manufacturer in Europe. The programme took people from their comfort zones and focussed on eg self awareness, how to manage yourself effectively so that you can motivate and lead others, team leadership which included outdoor learning, cooking and a drumming session, strategic thinking in a complex environment. The programme kicked started an appetite for learning on how to motivate and get the best out of people and the best performance for the business.
The company has introduced a raft of programmes at all levels and has established a coaching culture.
